Hi everyone, i have a new layout for you… i used the Cut and Fold Stars Background cut file from Paige Evans
I cut the Cut and Fold Stars Background on a patterned paper from the 12×12 Paper Pad and placed it pattern side down on the aqua ombre Paper 21 from the Take Me Away collection. Now when I open the stars and fold them over, the design is visible! I stitched all of the stars down with my sewing machine. I added a lot of white gesso to the background because I wanted to add mixed media. I grabbed some of my favorite Shimmerz Paints and had fun.
The background was very busy already but I still wanted to add more elements. I fussy cut words from Paper 18, grabbed some Chipboard Stickers and Floral Die Cuts, then started to place everything around the photo. My photo was placed on cut-apart pieces from Paper 01 and I tried to use only green and blue tones. A few clouds and hearts from the Sticker Book were added to the stitched stars. The Tassel Paper Clip and Enamel Shapes were my final touches on this layout. I really love how this one turned out!
Be sure to check out Paige’s cut files for ideas and inspirations. I always get ideas and I always find a perfect cut file for my next project! Thanks so much for stopping by and I wish you all a great day!

hi everyone, i have a new layout to share… i was at the creativa for five days and i had the best of time. i´ve met some awesome people and saw a lot of fun and creative stuff… i was at the booth from Alexandra Renke and for sure met awesome people from the crew and herself! Fr. Pony is also in the AR team and she joined the fun for a few days. we talked about mixed media and magical powders… yes, we had a great time!
the picture today shows me and Martina aka Fr.Pony…
i started this layout with some heat embossing (clear) and some stunning new stamps from Alexandra, the lined circle and the ‚the best‘ circle stamp… i love them both!!
i added some mixed media on top of it and i love how it turned out. The magical powders i used are ‚salt water taffy‚ and ‚t-bird turquoise‚ (product of the week!! go and shop, they are on sale!!) i also stamped with distress oxides from some more messy details, i splattered some water over it, love how this looks!!
I used the ‚eukalyptus äste‚ die for white details/leaves… the pink small branches are made with the ‚frühlingszweig‘ and i love the small pink accents…
my title and the black&white paper is from my stash… i love the pops of black!
the final touches were some black splatters and matching enamel dots…

hi everyone, i have a new layout to share! i used some pretty Alexandra Renke things for this project and i really love how it turned out. The patterned papers from AR are perfect for fussy cutting, but that is nothing new to you, right?
I started here with fussy cutting some purple leaves and the cute little fawns… i also punched some scalloped boarders from different papers (1, 2, 3 and 4) and added wonky tissue paper ones, too. I wanted to layer a lot of things on this page… and i did!
The paper with the little hearts is so cute and perfect for little details. the word happy, above the word spring, is from a ‚happy easter typo‘ Die and it looks perfect there… the tiny word stickers are all from Tim Holtz and guess what i used for the pretty background?! Yes, you´re right… magical powder from Lindy´s!
The word ’spring‘ comes from a big alpha set from American Crafts and it brings the colors from the fawns again and i love how it looks on top of the scallop boarders. i stitched everything together and i did not cut off the thread ends. I love the extra texture!
i am SO in love and i really hope you like it too! i also have a process video for this one and if you want to watch it… please feel free to CLICK HERE!

Hi everyone, i am back again and I have a new layout for. For this page I used Paige´s Unicorn Cut File and her Whimsical Collection.
I cut the Unicorn from white Cardstock and backed the open spots with patterned Papers No.03, 08, 11 and No.17 from the Whimsical Collection and patterned Paper No.04 and No.11 from Pick me Up. I also wanted to have the same colors on my background paper; I used some Shimmerz Paints and some watercolors for it. I started with the light pink and ended up in the turquoise. I really love how the Unicorn looks on top of it.
I used 3D squares for the Cut File to raise it up and to create some shadow and dimensions. The pictures I am scrapping here are four small ones from me and my little one. They are colored and in black and white. I fussy cut some matching embellishments from different patterned papers from the Whimsical Collection. Flowers from paper No.14, Butterflies from Paper No.21 and some random words from paper No.18
I tried to use the same colored elements like the hair and the mixed media in the background. This turned out great and I can´t tell you how much I love to use this color on color technique! Some flowers from the Floral Die Cuts were also added to the mix of pretty stuff. I scattered some fussy cut butterflies around the Unicorn and the flowers. There were room for more things and so I grabbed some of the Chipboard Stickers, flowers and hearts from the Sticker Book and Puffy Stickers.
I really hope this inspires you to create a magical project soon.
