Hi there, i have a new layout for you. I got some pretty new papers from Alexandra Renke and they will all hit the store tomorrow!!!
let me tell you, they are absolutely gorgeous!!!
I used the „tacky-when-dry gel medium“ for my background, added some gold on top of it and also splattered some magical colors around. I really love to use the gold and the medium, have you tried it? tell me…
Can you spy the thin frames? they are made with this DIE and i really love the size… they are a bit wonky and you can also use the inner part! fun!
i love the birds, butteflies, the leaves, the flowers and the colors… oh my! i did some fussy cutting, die cutting and also scribbled my own little messy leaves for this page. everything worked so pefectly fine together and i really enjoyed the process
some colored thread, some sparkling sequins and Tim Holtz word stickers to finish it.
you can check out my youtube channel for a process video and little flip through the new papers….
thanks for stopping by today
Hi everyone, long time no see…. i need to work on that and i am saying that for a long time now, right?! but let´s start with a new layout for today, ok?
i´ve made it with some awesome new things by Alexandra Renke and also some pretty colors from Lindy´s Gang! i love to mix them together
I started with new patterned papers, „viele kleine Herzen„, „liebesbriefe„, „Teppich pastell„, „Teppich coral“ and „Teppich lindgrün„… some cute heat dies „Rahmen Herz“ and „Herzrahmen„…
i layered five hearts together and stitched through them with my sewing machine. i let the thread ends on them, i wanted to have a look from some kind of ballons… love it!
my background was made with a stencil and texture paste…
the word „liebe“ is also from a die and i layered three pieces together and added some heat embossing on top. i love how the 3D looks on little words… the colors on the background paper are from Lindy´s Gang and they call Squirts Canadian Bacon Blush and Down the rabbit hole… love how they are looking mixed into each other
the little envelopes are fussy cut from a patterned paper and my finishing touches are some enamel dots and sequins! i am very deeply in love with this project…
You can check out my YouTube channel for a process video…
thanks for stopping by today. i wish you all a great day and a happy weekend
Hi there, i am so excited to join this new release blog hop…
There are 48 Colors in 12 color families!! I got the small ink cubes and I had the best of time swatching them, trying and stamping…
I played with the new stamp set sparkle with magic to create some evergreen branches and a wreath. I layered four to five colors and i really love how they turned out. The word XMAS was created with the ADORE alpha stamps and the matching dies.
But now, let´s have a look at my project for the BlogHop…
I also worked with the new „Home for the Holidays“ Collection for this layout. You can see how i used my evergreen branches here… i also stamped the letters with MINT from the Garden Stroll Set.
The splatters were also created with the inks, i just added a touch of water to it. worked perfectly fine!
I did a lot of fussy cutting on some pretty patterned papers from the „home for the holidays“ collection. I used a piece of packaging for my letter die cutting. I really love the colors here, the soft mint tone is one of my favorites!
The pciture shows me, with a funny snapchat filter on top… the beard was bright pink and i needed to change the color. but i love the silver one too!
Check out my YouTube channel for a process Video… thank you!

hi there and welcome back to my blog, i haven´t posted in a while but life is busy and sometimes my days are not long enough…
to day i want to share a fun new layout for the Alexandra Renke team and i am working with august KreativBox.
I decided to work with a grid design today, just because of the busy patternes… the square are 2×2 and i really love how it turned out. I distressed all of the egdes and added a layer of acrylic texture paste to calm down some of the patternes. I also wanted to bring in a lot of mixed media… there is a stencil image on top of the papers too.
I used Magicals for my background – „Whale Watch Blue“ „Lucky Shamrock Green“ and „Afternoon Delight Denim“ – some of my favorites!! The little turquoise dots „India“ are a nice touch and they are matte… so cute!
The word „Hallo“ is a Die and used it double and i also heat embossed it with a mix from two WOW! embossing powders… „Earthtone Pepper“ and „Metallic Copper Super Fine“
there are some vellum corals behind the picture and some other little DieCuts scattered around everywhere… but i can´t link you to them right now… but i will when they´re online…
some sequins and paper quilling tears/drops to finish this layout. I really love how it turned out and i hope you´ll like it too.. check out my YouTube Channel for a process Video. thanks for stopping by today
hi everyone, i have a new Layout to share. I´ve made it with the current Alexandra Renke KreativBox and i really had fun…
i´ll link yout to all of the used products… let´s start with the papers…
„PopSommer Mini Bananen“ „PopSommer Sonnenschirm“ „PopSommer Kiwis“
StampSet called „Typografie Mix“ and the little DieSet „Cocktail Zeit„
I also used a new Stencil, Tacky when dry medium and Sparkles from WOW!… the sequins were included in the KreativBox… i used Magical Powders for my background and like i said before, i really love how this layout turned out
Paper Quilling is a new thing for me and i really would love to use it on every single project… but it´s also taking a lot of time and i don´t have that much time…
but you will see some more of it in the near future… i get a lot of questions about it and i think i will create some videos and little tutorials soon… check out my YouTube Channal for a process video CLICK HERE
thanks for stopping by today!
happy weekend and happy crafting
Hi everyone, i am back again and i would love to share my final Layout with you.
I grabbed the new CutFile “Numbers Cascading” and cut it out from white Cardstock. I used the 6×6 Paper Pad from the Whimsical Collection to back the open numbers.
I placed my design in the middle from the background paper and added some watercolor splatters in different colors underneath. I grabbed some school themed Chipboard Stickers and some from the Sticker Book from the Whimsical Collection. The photo shows my oldest son who just finished school! The day was very emotional and he is not a little boy anymore! He will be 18 soon!!
I found some matching Stickers from the Horizon Collection, placed a yellow journaling Die Cut Tag behind the picture and I also fussy cut out one of the cute Globes from Paper No.11. I scattered everything around the numbers, on top of them and also behind them. I really love the mix of the Collections here.
The inner pieces from the white numbers were also added to mix; I love how the white looks on white. I used a lot of 3D Dots behind everything; I love the dimension and shadows. I also used the Pick Me Up Mini Foam Alphas for the year and some words on top of the photo. I really love how this layout turned out.
And now let me say: “Thank YOU” to Paige who let me play with her stunning designs and CutFiles! I loved to hang out with you! I had a great time and i´ve learned so many new things about my Silhouette, Settings and how to use Cut Files! Thank YOU!
Thanks for stopping by today and I wish you all a great summer!
Hi everyone, I have a new layout to share with you. For this project I decided to make something special and as soon as I saw the new Heart Swirls cut file I knew exactly what I wanted to create. I used items from Whimsical & Horizon, and navy foam Mini Thickers from the Pick-Me-Up collection.
I started with the Heart Swirls cut file – I re-sized the file a bit and cut it out from white cardstock. Then I grabbed some colored cardstock in two pink tones, light purple, light and dark blue. I made a lot of ¼“ strips out of them. My idea was to glue them onto the swirls. I wanted to have a lot of dimension and I really love how it turned out!
This took me some hours, but it was totally worth the time and effort. I only added some matching watercolor splatters over the finished design and the white background paper. I started to look through all of the chipboard stickers and die cuts I have from Paige’s collections and I grabbed some crafty Whimsical Chipboard Stickers, a beautiful Chipboard Sticker bird from Horizon, and a chipboard word sticker from Oh My Heart.
I placed Paper 03 behind my photo, distressed the edges, and glued it down with hot glue. All of the stickers were placed around the photo. I tried to stay in the same colors but also added some new colors to the mix. I glued everything down with hot glue because of the thin paper swirls underneath. The final touches were some fussy cut flowers from the Whimsical 12×12 Paper Pad, a flower from Horizon Paper 02, and some mini Thickers from Whimsical and Pick-Me-Up. I also ripped the background paper on two edges and placed Horizon Paper 16 and Paper 16 from Whimsical behind the open spots.
I really love how this layout turned out and I really hope you like it too!
