Hi everyone, i am back again and i would love to share my final Layout with you.
I grabbed the new CutFile “Numbers Cascading” and cut it out from white Cardstock.  I used the 6×6 Paper Pad from the Whimsical Collection to back the open numbers.

I placed my design in the middle from the background paper and added some watercolor splatters in different colors underneath. I grabbed some school themed Chipboard Stickers and some from the Sticker Book from the Whimsical Collection. The photo shows my oldest son who just finished school!  The day was very emotional and he is not a little boy anymore! He will be 18 soon!!

I found some matching Stickers from the Horizon Collection, placed a yellow journaling Die Cut Tag behind the picture and I also fussy cut out one of the cute Globes from Paper No.11. I scattered everything around the numbers, on top of them and also behind them. I really love the mix of the Collections here.

The inner pieces from the white numbers were also added to mix; I love how the white looks on white. I used a lot of 3D Dots behind everything; I love the dimension and shadows. I also used the Pick Me Up Mini Foam Alphas for the year and some words on top of the photo. I really love how this layout turned out.

And now let me say:  “Thank YOU” to Paige who let me play with her stunning designs and CutFiles! I loved to hang out with you! I had a great time and i´ve learned so many new things about my Silhouette, Settings and how to use Cut Files! Thank YOU!

Thanks for stopping by today and I wish you all a great summer!

Hallo | Alexandra Renke

hi everyone, i have a new layout for you. i´ve made it with the april „kreativBox“ from Alexandra Renke. I also used some magical powders and starburst sprays from Lidy´s Gang for my mixed media background. I really love how this one turned out

I used some of the design papers for fussy cutting and one of the patterned papers for the middle piece on my layout… i just ripped it and curled up the edges, i really love the texture/dimension and the look of it.

The word ‚hallo‚ is a new die from Alexandra Renke and i heat embossed it with a bright pink powder from WOW! I also used some other Renke dies (1 & 2) for more embellishments under and the birds/leaves…

There is a process video up on my YouTube Channel, CLICK HERE if you want to watch it!

I also created a little tag set with the „kreativBox“ and some new Tag dies from Alexandra Renke…

hallo happiness | Alexandra Renke

hi everyone, i have a fun new layout for you… i´ve told you already that i´ve met Alexandra Renke and some of the Design Team at the creativa, back in march, right?!
Today i decided to scrap two pictures from one of the days. It shows me, Kerstin, Judith, Andrea and Alexandra! I loved the time so very much and i miss talking to the creative ladies daily…

i started this project with a design paper and my small scissors… i wanted to fussy cut aaaaall of the pretty flowers!! they are SO awesome! I also used a cut file from Paige Evans for my background, just a small detail, peeking out from behind… i really love how the white on white looks!

There are some matching splatters around the cut fiel and the flowers. they are matching the watercolors perfectly… colors i used: summer lovin‘ sun, orange creamsicle, pretty in pink pink, salt water taffy and cape cod coral!

The word ‚hallo‚ is a new die and embossed it with a powder from WOW! called ‚Metalline Flame Regular‚ and i love it!

the stamp set is also from Alexandra and i really love how versatile it is… it was just perfect to finish this layout. I really love how it turned out and i hope you´ll like it too!

happy spring | alexandra renke

hi everyone, i have a new layout to share! i used some pretty Alexandra Renke things for this project and i really love how it turned out. The patterned papers from AR are perfect for fussy cutting, but that is nothing new to you, right?

I started here with fussy cutting some purple leaves and the cute little fawns… i also punched some scalloped boarders from different papers (1, 2, 3 and 4) and added wonky tissue paper ones, too. I wanted to layer a lot of things on this page… and i did!

The paper with the little hearts is so cute and perfect for little details. the word happy, above the word spring, is from a ‚happy easter typo‘ Die and it looks perfect there… the tiny word stickers are all from Tim Holtz and guess what i used for the pretty background?! Yes, you´re right… magical powder from Lindy´s!

The word ’spring‘ comes from a big alpha set from American Crafts and it brings the colors from the fawns again and i love how it looks on top of the scallop boarders. i stitched everything together and i did not cut off the thread ends. I love the extra texture!

i am SO in love and i really hope you like it too! i also have a process video for this one and if you want to watch it… please feel free to CLICK HERE!

weekends together | paige evans

Hi everyone, i am back again and I have a new layout for. For this page I used Paige´s Unicorn Cut File and her Whimsical Collection.

I cut the Unicorn from white Cardstock and backed the open spots with patterned Papers No.03, 08, 11 and No.17 from the Whimsical Collection and patterned Paper No.04 and No.11 from Pick me Up. I also wanted to have the same colors on my background paper; I used some Shimmerz Paints and some watercolors for it. I started with the light pink and ended up in the turquoise. I really love how the Unicorn looks on top of it.

I used 3D squares for the Cut File to raise it up and to create some shadow and dimensions. The pictures I am scrapping here are four small ones from me and my little one. They are colored and in black and white. I fussy cut some matching embellishments from different patterned papers from the Whimsical Collection. Flowers from paper No.14, Butterflies from Paper No.21 and some random words from paper No.18

I tried to use the same colored elements like the hair and the mixed media in the background. This turned out great and I can´t tell you how much I love to use this color on color technique! Some flowers from the Floral Die Cuts were also added to the mix of pretty stuff. I scattered some fussy cut butterflies around the Unicorn and the flowers. There were room for more things and so I grabbed some of the Chipboard Stickers, flowers and hearts from the Sticker Book and Puffy Stickers.

I really hope this inspires you to create a magical project soon.
Be sure to check out Paige´s cut files for ideas and inspirations. I always get ideas and I always find a perfect cut file for my next project!
